It might look like improvisers are making it all up as they go along, but good improv is really a highly refined system for seeing, hearing, observing and responding. Skilled improvisers are using agreement and tools to achieve their goals. These improv tools can be applied to create and execute the vision and mission for your company. Learn about the connections between improv performance and business performance, and learn some easy-to-use tools that you can take back and use to help align everyone in your department or company right away - and plan to laugh.
