MPI-OC Planner Think Tank

MPI Oregon Chapter invites all area planners to attend our complimentary workshop.  Exclusively for planners, our Planner Think Tank is an opportunity to network and discuss current issues, upcoming trends and work-life balance. 
 
This year’s roundtables will give you an opportunity to share struggles, successes and ideas with planners in your field, as well as breakout by issues of most interest to you. 
 
This year, we will be featuring a speaker/discussion during breakfast.  Maylene Kuahiwinui, Digital Strategist, will talk about mobile event applications for smart phones.  Mobile apps are now the hottest line of software development. There are hundreds of direct applications for events, tradeshows, associations and venues.  Maylene will speak and facilitate a discussion about the different features available and the numerous vendors in the industry. This will also be on open conversation to share your successes and answer questions.

Hotel Vintage plaza will be providing complimentary parking for the Planner Think Tank.  Please park in the City Center parking lot across the street from Hotel Vintage Plaza (on Broadway).  City Center parking is located in the Union Bank Building, at 707 SW Washington.  Please bring in your parking ticket to validate at registration.

All planners’ that attend Planner Think Tank will be entered in a drawing for a free night stay at Hotel Vintage Plaza, Premium Wine, and other fabulous prizes.
